How ART CL System was created?

ART CL System is the first specialist computer program for employee’s evaluation designed by IDES consultants as a response to our Client’s expectations and HR market. The system was designed on the basis of multiannual experience in working with traditional employee’s evaluation methods. Specialist evaluation program is another step in the development of the enterprise. In reality paper evaluation forms scrupulously filled both by the employer and employee were not used for enterprise development. Such lack of use the test results and long time required for analysis demotivated the employees in taking part in evaluation process.
That is why we have developed a system which is reliable, easy in operation and quick in giving reports.

Undeniable advantage of ART CL System is its reliability of information and objectivism. Standard employee’s evaluation or analysis of competences were always connected with subjective evaluation. It was very often (everyone know such cases) that there were unpleasant situations.

The goal which we wanted to achieve while creating ART CL System was to develop the most objective and credible evaluation tool on the basis of the aims and tasks. It is a totally new tool but proven in many enterprises.
